- Highclose Farm

In addition to a number of Church Street properties, the following properties hold Rights of Common (on Sanden Fee):

- Parsonage Farm, Church Croft

- Sanham Green Farm (now Sanham Green House)

- Helmes, Helmes Farm and Helmes Heath

- Beacon Farm (previously known as Bacon's Farm)

- Prosperous Home Farm (previously Stubwood Farm)

- Willow Cottage, Prosperous (previously Brick Kiln, then Prosperous Cottages)

- Marsh House (previously Freeman's Marsh Cottage) and

- Pennyquicks (now demolished).
