4 Sep 1835: (Newton deeds) Conveyance of cottages from Abraham Carter (of Bollington, Middlesex, gentleman) and James Smith (of Newbury, baker) (both devisees of William Wiltshire (of Newbury, gentleman), sold to Thomas Andrews (of Hungerford, mealman) - five cottages (formerly two messuages or tenements) currently in the occupation of Joseph Rosier, Thomas Bennett, William Bye, William Rosier and David Rosier ... and the yard and barton... occupied by Joseph Rosier.

1 Oct 1835: (Newton deeds) Affadavit by George Tibbs relating to the Wiltshire family of Thomas Andrews.
